SPOTTED: Christian Siriano for Payless peep toe block heel pumps (left, $56), and House of Harlow’s Dusty Platform (right, $240) having a “Sister Sister” moment and fighting about who came first.

After an exhausting 15 minutes of searching and searching for answers, I still have no clue. Any ideas?
